Free website audit for tint, PPF and detailing shops

Enter your shop's website. In a few seconds you'll see which quote-request basics your homepage has and which it's missing, based on the HTML your site sends.

What the audit checks

This isn't a generic SEO score. It looks at the things that decide whether a tint, PPF or detailing customer becomes a quote request. Every check runs on the real HTML of the page you enter:

01

Turning visitors into quotes

Is there a tap-to-call link, a quote form or online booking? Does the form ask for the vehicle? Are prices or starting-at ranges shown? Can customers text you?

02

Getting found on Google

Whether your title names the service and city, whether business details (hours, phone, address) are marked up for Google, and whether a leftover "noindex" from a site build is hiding the page from search entirely.

03

Mobile & speed

Mobile setup, how fast your server answers, how heavy the page is, scripts that delay the first thing a visitor sees, compression and redirects.

04

Trust & basics

HTTPS, insecure content, reviews on the site, film and coating brands named, an up-to-date copyright year, image descriptions and language.

How to read your results

Each area gets a score out of 100, based only on the checks we could actually run. The formula: score = (passes + 0.5 × "needs work") ÷ checks run × 100. For example, 6 passes, 2 needs-work and 2 missing out of 10 checks scores 70. Every check weighs the same, and the score doesn't predict how many quotes you'll get. Anything we couldn't check, like a form that only loads with JavaScript, is marked "not checked" and left out of the count instead of counted against you.

Generally, fix them in this order. Start with "Turning visitors into quotes", because it decides whether the traffic you already get becomes jobs. A missing quote path or tap-to-text link costs you today. Then "Trust & basics", then "Mobile & speed", and only then chase the "Getting found" score. The quote path and trust items are covered on websites for tint and PPF shops. A low "Turning visitors into quotes" score usually means no quote form on the homepage and no tap-to-text link.

What we find most often

Across the homepages of 106 Michigan tint, PPF and detailing shops we checked in October 2026 (a sample, HTML only), three gaps stood out:

What it doesn't do

This tool checks one page of your website. It doesn't log into anything, doesn't see your Google Business Profile or reviews, and can't tell whether you're running ads. It measures your server's response time once, which isn't the same as a full phone speed test. The full report covers those things, and a person, not a script, puts it together.

Privacy

Running the audit doesn't require your name or email. We fetch the public HTML of the page you enter, before any JavaScript runs, and show you the results. We don't publish results or add the addresses you check to any list; our host's technical logs may include the address for a short time. See our privacy policy. Details you give for the full report are covered by the note under the form.

Audit questions

Is this really free?

Yes. The instant audit is free with no signup, and so is the full report, which a person reviews and usually sends within 1 to 2 business days. It's how we start conversations with shop owners. If you want help fixing what it finds, we'll talk about that separately.

Why did a check say "not checked"?

Some website builders load forms and content with JavaScript after the page arrives. It means the check couldn't see that part of the page; see "How to read your results" above.

Can I audit a competitor's site?

The tool works on any public website, so yes. To see how your result compares with the shops we checked across Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties, see our Metro Detroit shop data.
