Elevate Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use elevatedigitalmi.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. Information You Give Us
We collect information you submit directly, including:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Booking a call: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to our booking questions. Scheduling is handled by Calendly.
- Free Shop Audit: the website address you enter, which we fetch and check the same way a browser would. If you ask for the full report, we also collect your name, shop name, email address, optional phone number, and what you want more of.
- Elevate AI assistant: anything you type into the chat widget is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. We do not store your conversation and it is not linked to your identity. Please do not type sensitive information into the chat.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically:
- Basic technical data such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, referring page, and the pages you view.
- How you found us. When you submit a form, we record the page you first landed on, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link (for example, utm_source), so we know which pages and ads bring inquiries.
- Advertising and analytics data. We may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to people who have visited our site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you about your request — including by phone call, text message, and email.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about consultations you book with us.
- To deliver the services you hire us for, and to prepare the audit reports you request.
- To improve our website and measure the performance of our advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations.
By submitting your phone number through our contact form or booking page, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or simply telling us to stop.
4. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run:
- Netlify — website hosting and contact form delivery
- Calendly — appointment scheduling
- Google — email and calendar
- Meta — advertising measurement
- Anthropic — powers the Elevate AI assistant on our site
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies
Our site and the third-party tools above may use cookies and similar technologies to remember you and measure advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will remove it where we are not legally required to keep it.
7. Your Choices
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or by replying and asking.
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Security
We use reputable third-party providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
